Congratulations!
You’ve hit the jackpot. The fact that you’re reading this page right now means that you are really, truly amongst friends. Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free… or rather, give me all the sleep-deprived parents who just want one thing. SLEEP! There’s no greater kinship than a group of parents who don’t sleep anymore.
Let’s Make One Thing Clear
There’s no baby (or child) that sleeps through the night … permanently. You may have the angel who slept through the night from day one. But in a few months or a year, there’s going to be a growth spurt, teething, or some flu that’s going to sweep in like a tornado and really make you go … WTF just happened?!
Just when you thought you were ready to humble-brag to your friends about your little sleeper, the shit hit the fan and you wound up here … at Noob Mommy! Well, I’m so glad you did.
There’s no easy solution to baby sleep problems. But I’ve collected some of my experiences and good-hearted suggestions here for you to browse. I hope you’ll find them helpful! And may you sleep through the night again soon.
