1. It’s been awhile since I’ve been bowling out in the real world (not just on our Wii). But, the stars were aligned. We had a chance to go to a 30th birthday party where there was bowling, beer, cake, and a free babysitter… good times.

2. Noob Daddy and I are not sports kinda people. The only sport we really keep up with is… tennis 🙂 Mmm.. so hard to choose who I’d rather make out with root for, Nadal or Federer. Anyway, on Superbowl Sunday we had our friends over for some homemade pizza and Guitar Hero. And of course, we couldn’t miss the bonus episode of The Office.

3. I got some Sweet Revenge. Well, sort of. My sister surprised me with a delicious gift – a NARS lip gloss (in Sweet Revenge) that I’ve been searching for obsessively. Of course my fashionista sister was able to get it like a month before anyone else carried it in any of the stores. But now… It. Is. Mine. Bwahahahaa.

4. We finally set up Noob Baby’s kennel baby gate! She now has her own little demilitarization zone where she can crawl and roll to her heart’s content. This also means her and Cat can be separated from their usual hi-jinx.

I have to admit that I’m one of those people who loves to say, “Happy Friday!”
(Thankfully, I’m not one of those people who also say, “Got a case of the Mondays?”)

Fridays signal the weekend, which means sleeping in and spending lots of time with the family! It also means I get a few days off from cooking 🙂
