My baby just turned 1 month. I am having trouble sticking to a schedule like this because he wakes up at different times in the middle of the night which throws the whole schedule off for the next day. I don't mind waking him up for feedings during the day to get to a routine but is it okay for me to wake him up in middle of the night so I can have an official schedule for him? Hi!
